I picked up my tubing from Pacific Steel's scrap pile for $6. The base is 39" long. Both uprights and handle are 12 inch long. The little "t" is 5 inches long. The parts were welded using flux wire. The mounting pads are 4 inches long.

The location of the mounting blocks were marked on the fiberglass parts by tracing around the mounting pads.
