This is one of David Collings' HP-18 iterations. It has undergone extensive wind- tunnel testing. His latest HP-18, N21VV, is under construction and will incorporate David's latest performance enhancements . David assisted Peter Masak in winglet development and wind-tunnel tests. The winglets have been added to the tip rib; therefore, both of his HP-18s wing-span exceed 15 meters.
