A piece of 2 x 6 was used to build the wheel mount base. The curve was cut to match the dolly using a band saw. The block was bonded using Poly-Fiber Fiber Fill. It is a bit too soupy so a little cotton need to be added to obtain the propper tecture.

Once cured the outline of the wheel base was maked.
